Ice Wine Release

It has been over seven years since we were able to get our hands on some ice wine grapes. In the fall of 2020 we were able to get some gorgeous Vidal Blanc grapes from Michigan that went through frost.

Michigan’s weather conditions during the grape growing season 2020 were exceptional for making ice wine. Early cold temperatures were ideal to freeze the healthy and ripe Vidal Blanc grapes. The grapes were quickly harvested while still the berries were frozen, and we were able to make this aromatic and special wine after many years of waiting. Enjoy this amazing dessert wine with hearty cheeses or on its own.
