Virtual Cooking Class

Lynfred chef Celeste Pasag is coming to a computer near you for a virtual cooking class that will take you step-by-step in preparing Italian Kale Malfatti. What is malfatti, you ask? Malfatti are balls of pasta common in the Lombardy region of Italy.

Along with the class, you will receive a bottle each of our 2019 Pinot Grigio and the 2018 Barbera, both grapes grown in the Lombardy region. We will provide you with a list of ingredients and items needed for the class. INGREDIENT/EQUIPMENT LIST
