Wine-Down Yoga in the Park

We’re pairing up with our friends from the Roselle Park District for an evening of wine and yoga in the park!

Welcoming all levels! Sip & flow with this gentle yoga practice. Class starts with a warmup and stretching. The class slowly builds to some movement and holding poses. This guided class ends with stretching and relaxation and a BIG glass of Lynfred wine. Yoga and wine…the perfect pairing! All participants will need to bring their own mats.
