This new vintage 2019 Assemblage was crafted using Petite Sirah and Teroldego grapes. Both varieties were fermented together, achieving perfect harmony, complexity, and an outstanding flavor profile. When we blend grapes from the beginning, we are creating a new flavor in the wine that would never exist by just blending the two wines. This technique is called co-fermentation. Enjoy this exclusive wine with a great steak, or a nice charcuterie by the fireplace.
