Lynfred Winery fruit wines are made from whole fruit. It takes, on average, three to five pounds of fruit to make one bottle of Lynfred fruit wine. Our Blackberry wine is made from 100% blackberries from the Cascade Mountains in Washington.

Aroma: wild blackberries, herbs, rhubarb
Palate: sweet, blackberry yogurt, black currants
Finish: fruity, acidic, smooth
Foods: chocolate cake, plum dumplings, crepes with blackberry sauce
