This Chardonnay was fermented and aged in stainless steel to preserve the fruitiness and freshness of the variety; the wine was then aged for a short time of three months in French oak. During these three months of aging we made batonnages twice a month. Batonnage is the process of stirring the fine lees remaining in the unfinished wine to give it a creamier texture. We obtained a very well-balanced Chardonnay, with a creamy flavor and refreshing fruitiness. This wine will be quite popular among Chardonnay lovers.
