Fermented and aged in French oak, we preserved the fruitiness and freshness of the variety by doing just a short oak aging for three months. During these three months we made batonnages twice a month. Bâtonnage is the process of stirring the fine lees remaining in the unfinished wine to give it a creamier texture. The results are a very well-balanced Chardonnay with a sweet, creamy taste, and refreshing fruitiness. This is the kind of Chardonnay that wine lovers are looking for!
