After selectively blending a variety of white and pear wines to form the base for our Christmas wine, a large sack of spices including cinnamon, cloves and orange peels is added to the tank. The wine absorbs the aromas and flavors to create a warm, comforting mulled wine best for heating just shy of boiling and serving warm. (Heating instructions are included on the bottle.)
