This elegant rosé showcases a harmonious balance of aromas and flavors achieved through the careful blending of select grape varieties. Crafted using the traditional saignée method, a portion of juice was gently drawn from the must after a brief period of skin contact. This technique not only enhances the concentration and character of the remaining red wine but also yields a beautifully delicate juice destined for rosé production.
The juice was cold-settled and fermented at cool temperatures, much like an aromatic white wine, to preserve its vibrant floral bouquet and fresh fruit expression. The result is a refreshing, off-dry rosé with a light body, lively fruit notes, and a crisp finish. Delightful on its own and equally suited to warm-weather gatherings, this wine is a perfect companion for spring and summer sipping.
Blend: 50% Merlot, 25% Zinfandel, 15% Barbera, 10% Grenache
