SAUVIGNON BLANC 2023 CHILE

This small production of Sauvignon Blanc came from Coastal Mountains vineyards in the Casablanca Valley, Chile. Here the vines benefit from direct exposure to the cool marine winds from the Pacific Ocean and the unique granitic soils rich in quartz. These conditions are the archetype of high-end white wine production.

The wine was 100% fermented in stainless steel tank at low temperatures and was aged over its fine lees for three months after the alcoholic fermentation. This technique adds an extra layer of flavor and texture to the wine, making it complex and persistent. Enjoy our fresh and fruity Sauvignon Blanc Vintage 2023.
