Crafted from premium grapes in Casablanca Valley, Chile, our newest Sparkling Brut reflects the region’s cool climate and fresh Pacific Ocean breezes—ideal for vibrant, refined bubbles.
The grapes were hand-harvested in the early morning. To preserve their freshness, they were fermented in stainless steel tanks. Then, they underwent a second fermentation in a high-pressure tank, aging on the lees for added complexity and creaminess.

With crisp citrus, green apple, and a hint of brioche, this elegant bubbly is perfect for celebrating or pairing with fresh oysters.
