First Course: Charcuterie
A variety of cured meats and artisan cheeses for a sweet and savory introduction to the night’s meal.
Welcome Drinks: Sparkling Rose Brut or Beer of Choice.
This elegant Sparkling Rose was made with Pinot Noir, Merlot and Chardonnay grapes using the Saignée method or any beer from our draft list.

Table butter boards with fresh, house-made dinner rolls.

Second Course: French Onion Soup
Chef Liam’s classic interpretation of the baked French onion soup made 100% from scratch. Two-hour caramelized onions in beef stock and Lynfred’s Vin de City Red, baked with a crostini and melted Gruyère cheese.
Paired with: 21’ Chardonnay & N9nth Circle Baltic Porter
100% Chardonnay from the world-famous Casablanca Valley in Chile and a classic Baltic porter with notes of dark fruit, chocolate, toffee and a warming and earthy, port-like quality; a collaboration with Energy City Brewery.

Third Course: Garden Salad
Spring mixed greens with a mouth-watering lemon sour vinaigrette, made with our Lemon Cream Sour ale, and served with a luscious, seared duck breast in a red wine reduction.
Paired with: 21’ Roussanne & Brewcifer Imperial Hazy IPA
85% Roussanne,15% Riesling blend from Jones Vineyards, Horse Heaven Hills, Columbia Valley, WA and a hazy IPA with a sinister amalgamation of hops, featuring citra, mosaic, galaxy and falconer flight.

Fourth Course: Braised Short Ribs
Beef short ribs braised in Russian Rhapsody bourbon barrel aged stout. Served with delectable, creamy Yukon gold mashed potatoes garnished with oven roasted, on the vine cherry tomatoes.
Paired with: Paired with: 20’ Assemblage & Vienna Lager
35% Zinfandel, 20% Pinot Noir, 18% Barbera, 12% Cabernet Franc, 10% Sangiovese, 5% Alicante Bouschet from Borra Vineyards, Lodi, CA, and an amber lager using a base entirely made of Vienna and dark Munich malts.

Fifth Course: Gelato
Locally made chocolate gelato from Undici Gelato with our Midnight Mass imperial milk stout and Gigawatt Coffee Roaster’s espresso. Served in a caramel shell.
Paired with: 17’ Late Harvest Petite Sirah & a Dessert Cocktail
100% Petite Sirah. Olagaray Vineyards Lod, CA. Aged for 23 months in American Oak. A reversed Gigawatt Coffee infused dark rum Manhattan.
