Wine & Swine, Take 2

Isn’t it always a good time for wine? How about a little swine & bovine? We did this in January and it was so popular, we’re bringing it back in April!

Lynfred Winery is pairing up with Chicago Culinary Kitchen for their newest event concept: Wine & Swine! You will experience a progressive dinner & demonstration highlighting all of Chicago Culinary Kitchen’s award-winning Smoked Meats paired with Lynfred Wines. It’ll be a night you won’t soon forget & you’ll have leftovers for the rest of the week!

Time: Doors open @ 5:30, class starts @ 6:00pm sharp!
Where: 2391 N Hicks Rd, Palatine, IL 60074
Cost: $115/person + tax

Each ticket includes a generous portion of the following: Amish Chicken, Brisket, Mikeska Sausage, Pulled Pork, St. Louis Spare Ribs, Cornbread, F’n Mac & Cheese, 18hr Pit Beans, Mexican Street Corn, Bread Pudding w/ Fireball Caramel Sauce, as well 3 Reds & 3 Whites from Lynfred Winery.

The bar will be available for additional beverages throughout the night. Bottled water is included with your purchase. You must be 21 or over with a valid ID to attend. You may choose to substitute craft sodas instead of alcohol but the price remains the same. This event is for onsite consumption only and is non-refundable. This is a communal, family-style event.
