October’s Featured White Wine
Muscat is one of the world’s oldest and most beautifully aromatic grape families, loved for its lush floral perfume and vibrant fruit character. Our 2025 Muscat, grown in Lodi, California, is crafted in a refreshing off-dry style that feels both elegant and easy to enjoy. Delicate aromas of white peach, orange blossom, lychee, and citrus lead to juicy flavors of peach, lemon, and lime, with hints of jasmine tea and honey. Light-bodied, fragrant, and wonderfully fresh, it finishes clean, floral, and just softly sweet.
Lynfred Brand Ambassador Laura Lorenz created these Thai Green Curry Noodle Bowls with our 2025 Muscat in mind. Fragrant green curry, creamy coconut milk, fresh ginger, Thai basil, lime, and a touch of Fresno pepper create layers of spice, richness, and freshness that play beautifully with Muscat’s aromatic, fruit-forward personality. The wine cools the heat, brightens the herbs, and makes every silky, slurp-worthy bite even better.
October’s Featured Red Wine
Dolcetto may translate to “little sweet one,” but this charming Italian grape is all about juicy fruit, savory depth, and easygoing elegance. Our 2023 Dolcetto, grown in Lodi, California, opens with inviting aromas of blueberry, plum, rose petals, and warm baking spice. The palate is bright and beautifully balanced, with flavors of tart plum, toasted oak, vanilla, and cocoa wrapped in smooth, fine tannins. Medium-bodied, with lively acidity and a clean, cedary finish, it is the kind of red that feels both cozy and effortlessly food-friendly.
Laura pairs her Pasta Alla Norma with our 2023 Dolcetto for a match that feels made for the table. Roasted eggplant, savory tomato sauce, herbs, and plenty of rich Italian flavor meet Dolcetto’s juicy dark fruit, bright acidity, and smooth tannins beautifully. The wine freshens every bite, plays nicely with the tomato, and gives this cozy pasta dish a delicious little Italian love story of its own.
