Ingredients
8 oz crème fraîche
2 tbsp sour cream (full-fat)
1 tbsp fresh dill, minced (+ sprigs for garnish)
1 tbsp green onions, minced (green parts only)
1 tbsp fresh chives, minced (+ more for garnish)
½ tsp lemon zest
½-1 tbsp capers*
Fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Caviar of choice*
Serve with crunchy potato chips, crostini, bagel chips, or crackers of choice

Directions
In a bowl mix together the crème fraîche, sour cream, dill, green onions, chives, lemon zest,
capers and black pepper. Top with caviar and garnish with chives and dill.

Tips
*Depending on how salty your caviar is will change the amount of capers used. My caviar wasn’t overly salty so I used 1 tbsp of capers.
*The amount and the type of caviar is completely personal preference. I used a black capelin roe and a trout roe. I wouldn’t recommend anything heavily smoked for this recipe.
