Ingredients
½ oz Lynfred Cranberry, chilled
¼ tsp fresh lemon juice
5-6 dashes toasted almond bitters
¼ – ½ oz single malt whiskey
Lynfred Sparkling Almond Wine, chilled
Fresh cranberries for garnish

Directions
In a mixing glass add the Lynfred Cranberry Wine, lemon juice, whiskey, and the almond bitters; stir well. Next, pour the mixture into a flute glass, add cranberries for a garnish, and top off with the
Lynfred Sparkling Almond wine. Cheers!

*If you like a sweeter drink that isn’t too strong, omit the whiskey.
*I used an American single malt Whiskey, but I have also used a Scotch (just make sure it is a lightly peated Scotch so it doesn’t overwhelm the cocktail).
*I prefer a stronger drink so I used ½ oz of the whiskey. Completely personal preference.
*Freeze the cranberries to keep your drink cold.
*Makes 1 cocktail
