Ingredients
2 oz spiced apple wine, chilled
½ oz spiced rum
Vin de city sparkling demi-sec, chilled
Honey and cinnamon sugar (for rimming the glass)
Rosemary sprig (garnish)

Directions
Take a flute glass and lightly dip the rim in honey and then dip into the cinnamon sugar, set aside to dry. In a mixing glass add the apple wine and spiced rum, and stir with a cocktail spoon.

Pour the wine and rum mixture into the rimmed flute glass. Top off the drink with sparkling wine and add a rosemary sprig.

*My honey jar was just the right width to directly dip the glass into. If that isn’t the case for you, try painting the honey on with a pastry brush.
