2 oz Lynfred Strawberry Wine, chilled
4 large strawberries
1 fresh basil leaf (optional)
2 oz vodka, chilled
Lemonade, chilled
Fresh lemon slices
Directions
In a blender, combine the chilled strawberry wine, strawberries, and basil (if using). Blend until completely smooth, then strain through a fine-mesh sieve to remove the seeds.
Divide the strawberry mixture evenly between 2 tall shot glasses, adding about 2 oz to each.
Pour 1 oz of chilled vodka into each glass, then top with your favorite chilled lemonade. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice.
For the full experience, take a small bite or suck on a slice of lemon first, then enjoy the shot.

*Frozen strawberries work perfectly in this recipe. Simply thaw them completely before blending for the best flavor and texture.
