Ingredients
2 tbsp raspberries
3-4 large mint leaves (fresh)
¾ oz simple syrup
1 ½ oz citrus vodka
¾ oz fresh lime juice
Lynfred Sparkling Rosé, chilled

Directions
In a cocktail shaker muddle together the raspberries and the mint. Then add ice, simple syrup, vodka, and lime juice to the cocktail shaker. Shake well until chilled, and strain into a martini glass (I used a fine mesh strainer to strain all the seeds out). Top the cocktail off with Lynfred Sparkling Rosé (I used roughly 2 oz). Optional: garnish with additional raspberries or mint.

Notes
*This recipe makes 1 cocktail

*I prefer using frozen raspberries (thawed). I have found that they muddle so much easier. I add water to the frozen berries and microwave them for roughly 45 seconds or until thawed.
*My vodka was labeled “citron vodka” and has no added sugar.
