Fred’s Red wine is an easy to drink red that is perfect for every day! Fred’s Red is our house-blend in honor of Lynfred founder, Fred Koehler.

Blend: 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 15% Merlot, 13% Syrah, 6% Petite Sirah
Grower: Columbia Valley, WA
Aged: American oak, 12 months
Residual Sugar: 0.5% DRY

Winemaker’s Tasting Notes
Color: garnet w/ brick hues
Aroma: vanilla, plum, cedar, violets, cassis
Palate: cherry, raisins, dried plums, black currant jam, dark chocolate, mocha coffee
Body: medium
Finish: inviting, round, ripe tannins
Foods: barbecue, sausages, panini, pastas, hot dogs, Italian beef, semi-hard cheeses, deep dish pizza
