SPARKLING ROSÉ

Our Sparkling Rosé Brut brings together Merlot and Pinot Noir in an elegant wine with fresh fruit aromas, lively minerality, and a crisp, refreshing finish.

Crafted using the traditional saignée method, a portion of the juice is gently drawn off after brief contact with the grape skins and fermented separately. A second fermentation in tank creates delicate, persistent bubbles that lift its vibrant flavors and beautifully balanced character.

Blend: 85% Merlot, 15% Pinot Noir
Residual Sugar: 0.1% (brut-DRY)
