EVERY NOW & ZEN YOGA W/ SPENGA

Wine. It’s like yoga in a bottle.

We’re pairing up with our partners in wine, Spenga Bloomingdale, for a special evening of wine and yoga in the wine cellar! A Spenga instructor will lead you through 40 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of yoga. You will be rewarded with a glass of Lynfred Wine after cool down.
