Spiced Butter Mix
1 stick salted butter, room temperature
½ c light brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground allspice
1 tsp ground nutmeg

Drink Ingredients
Dark rum
Hot water
Lynfred Spiced Apple Wine
Garnish- cinnamon stick (optional)

Mix all of the spiced butter mix ingredients; I like to use a hand mixer for this step.

To make 1 cocktail-
Add 2 Tbsp of the Spiced Butter Mix, 2 ounces of dark rum, and ¾ oz of Lynfred Spiced Apple Wine to a heat-proof mug.
Top with 6 oz of very hot water, and whisk until completely incorporated and the butter mixture has melted. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.

*If using unsalted butter, add a small pinch of salt to the butter mixture.
*Refrigerate the leftover butter mixture for up to 1 week.
