Ingredients
1 block cream cheese, softened
⅔ cup crumbled Gorgonzola + more for garnish
2 tbsp finely chopped pecans (also labeled pecan chips)
1 ½ tbsp finely chopped fresh Italian parsley
¾ tbsp minced fresh chives
3 tsp sour cream
Honey
Crackers and dried apricots, for serving

Directions
Using a hand mixer, whip together the cream cheese, sour cream, pecans, and Gorgonzola until smooth and well combined. Fold in the herbs until evenly incorporated. To serve, spread the mixture into an even layer on a serving plate, then drizzle with honey and sprinkle with additional Gorgonzola crumbles if desired. Serve with crackers and dried apricots.

*Seeded crackers or fig and nut crackers pair especially well with this spread.
