Makes 1 cocktail
2 fresh strawberries, plus garnish
3 fresh mint leaves, plus garnish
2 oz gin
4 oz Lynfred Strawberry Wine
1 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
Lime wedge, for garnish
Club soda
Ice
In a cocktail shaker, muddle the strawberries and mint leaves. Add the gin, strawberry wine, lime juice, and ice. Shake well until thoroughly chilled.
Pour the cocktail over crushed ice in your desired cocktail glass. Garnish with a lime wedge, fresh mint, and a strawberry. Top with club soda and serve immediately.
*I recommend London dry gin for this cocktail
