Ingredients
1 oz pomegranate juice, chilled
½–1 oz pear brandy (to taste)
Lynfred Sparkling Vin de City (Demi-Sec), chilled
Pomegranate pearls (arils) and fresh pear slices, for garnish
Directions
In a flute glass, combine pomegranate juice and pear brandy. Top with Lynfred Sparkling Vin de City. Garnish with fresh pear slices and pomegranate pearls.
This recipe makes one cocktail.
For a stronger drink, use 1 oz of brandy; for a lighter version, use ½ oz.
Homemade Pear-Infused Brandy (Optional)
In a glass jar, combine 1 chopped pear with 8 oz brandy. Cover and refrigerate for 4–5 days.
Four hours before using, add 1 cinnamon stick (it infuses quickly, so don’t leave it in too long).
Strain out the pear and cinnamon. Store the infused brandy in a glass jar in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
