2 oz gin
3 oz Lynfred Rhubarb Wine
4-5 oz tonic water
Lime wedges
Ice
Fill a cocktail glass with ice. Add the gin, rhubarb wine, and the tonic water; stir. Next, add the
lime wedges and enjoy!
Tips
*I used a London dry gin for this recipe.
*Don’t have a lime? Lemon is a great substitution.
*This recipe makes 1 cocktail.
