5 large strawberries
2 oz Lynfred Strawberry Wine
1 oz Triple Sec
1 oz tequila
½ oz fresh squeezed lime juice
½ tbsp agave
Ice
Sparkling water
Garnish-lime, basil (optional)

Add the strawberries and wine to a blender, and blend until smooth. Next, add the blended strawberry mixture in a cocktail shaker with Triple Sec, tequila, ice, lime juice, and agave. Shake well. In a cocktail glass or mason jar pour the strained cocktail over ice. Top the cocktail off with sparkling water and gently stir. Garnish with a lime wedge and a basil leaf.

*This recipe makes about 16oz, depending on how much sparkling water you add.
*If you do not like strawberry seeds in your drink, strain the cocktail through a fine mesh strainer.
*I love using frozen (thawed) strawberries; they blend perfectly and are always in season. Fresh, ripe strawberries will also work.
