Ingredients
Lynfred’s Sparkling Almond, chilled
Boozy Cherries (recipe below)
Whiskey of choice (optional)
Directions
Add 2–3 boozy cherries to a Champagne flute, along with 1 oz of the cherry-infused
whiskey.
Prefer a stronger cocktail? Add an additional ½–1 oz of your favorite whiskey.
Top with chilled Sparkling Almond.
Boozy Cherries
Add your desired amount of pitted cherries to a glass jar.
Pour whiskey over the cherries until they’re fully submerged.
Refrigerate for at least 5 days and up to 2 weeks before using.
Fun Variations
● Dessert-like version: Add a few dashes of chocolate bitters to the bottom of your glass.
● Less sweet version: Build the cocktail in a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Add a few dashes of cherry bitters and a splash of extra whiskey.
This recipe was made using an 80-proof Tennessee sour mash whiskey.
Using frozen cherries that have been thawed makes this recipe effortlessly simple.
