Mistletoe Mimosa
1oz Pomegranate Juice
1/2oz rosemary simple syrup (recipe below)
Top with Lynfred Sparkling Vin de City
Serve with pomegranate arils & a spring of rosemary

Rosemary Simple Syrup
2-3 springs rosemary
1c sugar
1c water

Combine over medium heat and let the sugar dissolve into water as the rosemary steeps.
Do not boil. Cool to room temperature, discard the rosemary, and store in the
refrigerator for up to 30 days.
