Originally from Bordeaux, France, Petit Verdot is best known for adding depth, color, and bold fruit flavors to the region’s iconic blends. But this powerhouse grape is more than just a supporting act. Thriving in vineyards across Argentina, Australia, Chile, Italy, Portugal, and the USA, it has found a stronghold in California and Washington, where it shines on its own.

At Lynfred, we let Petit Verdot take center stage. Our 2020 vintage is a single-varietal expression, showcasing its deep, rich character with concentrated fruit and structured tannins.

Grower/Vineyard: Heringer Vineyards, Clarksburg, CA
Aged: 24 months, American oak
